By accessing or using any part of our website, athlete portal, or services, you agree to follow this Policy in full. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our platform immediately.

2. Applicability

This Policy applies to:

  • Any athlete, parent, or client who creates a profile, uploads information, or purchases a service from Mile High Sports Management, LLC.

  • Any business partner, sponsor, or organization submitting materials for promotional use.

  • All forms of content, including bios, photos, videos, logos, highlights, graphics, and text submissions.

All users of MHSM platforms are responsible for ensuring that any information they share is accurate, lawful, and appropriate.

3. Acceptable Content

All content submitted to Mile High Sports Management, LLC must:

  • Be respectful, professional, and appropriate for public viewing.

  • Represent the athlete truthfully (no false or misleading statements).

  • Be free of profanity, offensive, or defamatory language.

  • Comply with applicable laws, privacy regulations, and athletic guidelines (CHSAA, NCAA, NAIA, etc.).

  • Contain only material that you or your parent/guardian own or have legal permission to share.

  • Avoid using or displaying copyrighted or trademarked materials (such as school or university logos, mascots, or fonts) unless you have written consent.

  • Maintain a professional tone that reflects positively on both the athlete and Mile High Sports Management, LLC.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on all MHSM platforms:

  1. Profanity, hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory language.

  2. Defamatory, obscene, or sexually explicit content.

  3. Promotion of illegal activity, drugs, alcohol, or gambling.

  4. False claims about athletic achievements, recruitment status, or school affiliations.

  5. Political or religious campaigning.

  6. Unauthorized commercial advertisements or links to third-party services.

  7. Use of copyrighted or trademarked logos, uniforms, or fonts without permission.

  8. Content that violates another individual’s privacy or misrepresents school or program affiliations.

  9. Any attempt to impersonate another athlete, organization, or representative of Mile High Sports Management, LLC.

Any violation of these terms may result in the removal of content or suspension of your profile.

5. Intellectual Property and Ownership

All content uploaded by athletes or parents remains the property of that individual.

By submitting content to Mile High Sports Management, LLC, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

  • Display, host, and distribute your content on our platform.

  • Use content for marketing, promotional, or educational purposes.

  • Include content in advertising, website features, and social media campaigns.

You, or your parent/guardian if you are under 18, remain responsible for ensuring that all content uploaded is original or legally authorized for use.

Mile High Sports Management, LLC assumes no liability for copyright or trademark violations committed by users.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

To protect athletes and maintain brand integrity, Mile High Sports Management, LLC reserves the right to:

  • Review, edit, or remove any content that violates this Policy or our Terms of Service.

  • Suspend or delete athlete profiles for repeated or serious violations.

  • Respond to takedown requests from schools, universities, or rights holders.

  • Temporarily disable an account while investigating a reported issue.

We may attempt to notify athletes or parents prior to removal, but reserve the right to take immediate action without notice in cases of clear or serious violations.

7. Takedown Requests and Reporting Violations

If you believe that content hosted by Mile High Sports Management, LLC violates this Policy or your rights, please contact our compliance team at:

Include your full name, contact details, a description or link to the content in question, and the reason for your report.

All reports are reviewed within five (5) business days. Verified violations or infringement claims will result in immediate removal of the content.

8. Parental and Minor Athlete Compliance

If an athlete is under 18 years old, a parent or legal guardian must provide written or digital consent before any content can be posted or used by Mile High Sports Management, LLC.

MHS will not knowingly collect or share information from minors without verified parental authorization.
Parents may request removal of their child’s content or profile at any time by emailing milehighsportsmanagement@gmail.com.

9. Company Rights

Mile High Sports Management, LLC reserves the right to:

  • Use compliant athlete profiles, photos, or videos for promotional purposes on our website, social media, or marketing materials.

  • Remove or modify content at our discretion.

  • Deny service or suspend access if behavior or content is deemed unprofessional, unsafe, or harmful to the company or other athletes.

  • Update this Policy periodically to reflect legal or operational changes.

Athletes or parents may request that any personal content be removed from promotional use at any time.

10. Violations and Consequences

Violations of this Policy may result in:

  • Temporary account suspension,

  • Permanent removal of content or athlete profile,

  • Restriction from future participation in Mile High Sports Management, LLC programs or services, or

  • Notification to appropriate athletic or school authorities if required by law.

MHSM reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation and to enforce corrective actions at its sole discretion.

11. Policy Updates

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect operational, legal, or compliance changes.
All updates will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
