Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Purpose
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how Mile High Sports Management, LLC (“MHSM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) handles cancellations, refunds, and service adjustments for all creative and marketing services purchased through our website or associated platforms.
Because MHSM provides custom, labor-intensive digital and production services, our refund structure differs from that of physical goods. This policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our creative team while maintaining clear, transparent business practices.
2. Overview of Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only in limited cases where:
The service has not yet started; or
A confirmed billing or duplicate charge error occurred; or
MHSM fails to deliver the agreed-upon service within the outlined production window, and no communication or update was provided to the client.
Once creative work, filming, or editing has begun, refunds are no longer eligible except in cases of clear MHSM error.
3. General Policy by Service Type
Digital & Creative Services (Hype Videos, Highlight Reels, Edits, Media Graphics)
Non-refundable once editing or production begins.
Revisions available if MHSM is responsible for an error.
Photography or Filming Sessions
Refundable up to 72 hours before the scheduled shoot.
Cancellations or no-shows within 72 hours are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled once based on availability.
Logo & Visual Identity Services
50% refundable before design work starts.
Once concepts or drafts are shared, the service becomes non-refundable.
Full Social Media Management (Monthly Service)
Refundable if canceled within 5 days of the initial payment.
After 5 days, service continues through the current billing cycle — no prorated refunds.
Add-Ons (Game Filming, Enhanced Edits, Travel Fees)
Non-refundable once production or travel begins.
Add-ons attached to completed projects cannot be refunded.
4. Cancellation Process
Clients may request cancellation by contacting us directly at:

To ensure proper handling, please include:
Full name of the athlete or purchaser
Order number or service type
Reason for the cancellation or refund request
Proof of purchase (if applicable)
MHSM reviews all refund and cancellation requests within 5 business days.
5. Production Timeline and Delivery
MHSM aims to deliver all services promptly within the agreed-upon timeline stated at purchase.
Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., late content submissions, missed communication, scheduling conflicts, or missing footage) do not qualify for a refund.
If a delay is caused by MHSM and exceeds 30 days past the expected delivery window without communication, the client may be eligible for a partial refund or full credit toward future services.
6. Revision Policy
We want every athlete’s product to be perfect. MHSM offers up to two rounds of minor revisions (color, text, music, or trimming) at no additional cost, provided that the revision request is received within 7 days of delivery.
Major revisions, reshoots, or additional creative work outside the scope of the original service will require a new quote or add-on purchase.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
The service has already started or been delivered.
The client changes their mind after work begins.
The client provides incomplete or inaccurate information that affects project quality.
The client fails to respond to communication or supply requested materials.
The client or athlete violates MHSM’s Acceptable Use Policy (e.g., uploading inappropriate content).
The service outcome (such as social media performance or recruitment impact) does not meet subjective expectations.
8. Payment Disputes and Stripe Transactions
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. If a payment issue or duplicate charge arises, please contact us before initiating a dispute.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting MHSM may result in suspension of current or future services.
Stripe transaction fees are non-refundable unless the transaction itself was an error on MHSM’s part.
9. Credits and Rescheduling
Instead of a refund, MHSM may issue a credit toward a future service if:
A scheduling conflict occurs (for photo or filming sessions).
A family or athlete emergency prevents completion of a project.
MHSM determines a full refund is not feasible but wishes to maintain goodwill.
Credits never expire and may be transferred to another athlete or service.
10. Termination by MHSM
MHSM reserves the right to cancel or refuse any project that violates our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
If MHSM terminates a service for reasons unrelated to client misconduct, a full refund will be issued for undelivered work.
If termination occurs due to a policy violation, no refund will be provided.
