This Privacy & Data Policy (“Policy”) explains how Mile High Sports Management, LLC (“MHSM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) collects, stores, and protects personal information shared through our website, athlete forms, and online checkout.

MHSM provides professional creative and marketing services for high school and college athletes. We take privacy seriously — especially for minors — and follow all applicable data protection laws.

2. What Information We Collect

MHSM collects limited personal information necessary to deliver services, process payments, and maintain athlete profiles.

We may collect:

  • Name, age, school, and sport(s)

  • Parent/guardian contact information (for minors)

  • Email address and phone number

  • Photos, videos, bios, or highlight links

  • Social media handles (if voluntarily provided)

  • Payment information (processed securely through Stripe)

  • Communication records or consent acknowledgments (via Squarespace forms and checkboxes)

We do not intentionally collect or store sensitive data such as Social Security numbers, home addresses, academic records, or medical information.

3. How We Collect Information

Information may be collected when:

  • You purchase a product or service through our website

  • You fill out an athlete profile or consent form

  • You communicate with us via email or contact form

  • You upload or provide media files for our services

All information is collected through Squarespace’s secure web forms and Stripe’s encrypted payment system.

4. How We Use Information

We use collected information solely to:

  • Deliver and manage MHSM services

  • Communicate with athletes and families about orders and projects

  • Display athlete profiles or promotional materials (with consent)

  • Maintain compliance and consent records

  • Improve our products, design, and client experience

We do not sell, trade, or share personal data with outside advertisers or third parties.

5. Payment Processing (Stripe)

All payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant, encrypted payment gateway.
MHSM does not have access to your full credit card details.

6. Website Hosting (Squarespace)

MHSM’s website is hosted on Squarespace, which securely stores all submitted form data and consent logs.

7. Protection of Minor Information

If an athlete is under 18, all personal and media data is only collected and used after verified digital parental consent.
MHSM follows COPPA and Colorado SB 24-041, which extend privacy protections for minors.
We never publish or use a minor’s information without parental authorization.

Parents and guardians can request:

  • Review of their child’s information

  • Removal of content or data

  • Full deletion of their child’s profile or service history

8. Data Storage & Retention

  • All data is stored securely within Squarespace and Stripe systems.

  • Access is limited to authorized MHSM staff only.

  • MHSM retains athlete and service information for up to two (2) years after service completion, unless otherwise requested for deletion.

  • Backups are encrypted and automatically deleted after expiration.

9. Cookies & Tracking

MHSM uses basic Squarespace cookies to:

  • Enable checkout and payment functionality

  • Monitor traffic and improve performance

  • Maintain login sessions for athlete portals (if applicable)

You may disable cookies in your browser at any time, though some features may not work properly.

MHSM does not use third-party advertising trackers or behavioral profiling tools.

10. Data Sharing & Third Parties

MHSM may share information only with:

  • Stripe, for secure payment processing

  • Squarespace, for website hosting and form data storage

  • Authorized MHSM contractors who need access to perform creative or technical services (bound by confidentiality agreements)

We never sell, rent, or disclose user data to marketing companies or unrelated third parties.

11. Your Rights

You may:

  • Request access to your personal data

  • Request edits, corrections, or removal of information

  • Withdraw consent for data or content use

  • Request deletion of all records associated with your account

MHSM uses:
