Media Usage & Take-Down Policy
Effective Date: November 2025
Last Updated: November 2025
1. Purpose
This Policy explains how Mile High Sports Management, LLC (“MHSM,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) may use photos, videos, and other media created through our services, and how athletes or parents can request the removal of that content.
MHSM provides professional creative and marketing services. We believe in celebrating athlete success while respecting privacy, ownership, and compliance rules for both minors and adult athletes.
2. Permission for Media Use
By purchasing a service, submitting a form, or providing content to MHSM, clients grant MHSM permission to:
Use completed materials (photos, highlight videos, graphics, or promotional content) for marketing, website display, social media posts, and portfolio purposes.
Reference the athlete’s first name, sport, and general location (for example, “Colorado – Football”) when featuring completed work.
Display athlete profiles, graphics, or highlight reels on our website and social platforms as examples of MHSM’s work.
This permission is granted through the required consent checkbox at checkout or during form submission.
No additional paperwork or signature is required.
3. Limits of Media Use
MHSM will never:
Sell or license athlete media to outside companies.
Post personal or private details (such as addresses, phone numbers, or financial data).
Alter media in a way that misrepresents the athlete or the services provided.
Media is used solely for brand promotion, athlete features, and company portfolio purposes.
4. Ownership and Rights
All original materials provided by the athlete or parent (such as photos, logos, or highlight clips) remain their property.
All media produced by MHSM (video edits, photos, graphics, logos, etc.) is jointly owned:
The athlete/client owns rights to use the content for personal and promotional purposes.
MHSM retains rights to use the same materials for marketing, website, or social media purposes.
This dual ownership structure protects both the athlete’s access to their media and MHSM’s creative rights.
5. Take-Down & Removal Requests
If an athlete, parent, or school requests that a piece of content be removed from MHSM’s platforms, we will honor that request promptly.
To request removal, email milehighsportsmanagement@gmail.com with the following information:

Reason for removal
MHSM will confirm receipt within 3 business days and remove the content from our public channels within 10 business days of verification.
6. Compliance & Third-Party Rights
MHSM complies with all copyright and intellectual-property laws.
If a school, brand, or organization contacts us regarding the use of a logo, uniform, or protected imagery, MHSM will follow this policy and remove the content immediately while resolving the matter.
MHSM is not responsible for athlete-provided materials that violate third-party intellectual-property rights; however, we will cooperate fully in removing or revising the content.
7. Requesting Media Copies
Athletes and parents may request a copy of any completed media project (photo, video, or graphic) for personal use.
Requests can be made at milehighsportsmanagement@gmail.com, and files will be provided via secure link when available.
